As Director – Special Projects, Mathieu loves to bring creative solutions to challenging real estate issues, whether “up-valuing” cash-flow properties into owner-user opportunities with lease termination, condominiumization, coordinating transactions like lease-to-own or sale-leaseback. Mathieu uses his experience to manage each part of the marketing effort from market plan implementation and site selection to negotiation and financing. Also, with a keen understanding of today’s technology and implications for the delivery of all services electronically, Mathieu can easily service out-of-town principals in a timely, secure and comprehensive manner.

Born in Calgary, Craig has lived throughout the province of Alberta in all the major centres. Married to Jane for 28 years, they have lived in the Davisburg area, south of Calgary, for over 25 years.
Both Craig and Jane have been active supporters of many charitable endeavours, such as Rotary Clubs, Ducks Unlimited, Providence Child Development Centre, volunteering at Spruce Meadows and the Davisburg Community Centre.
